
No less than 19 individuals have been accounted for dead in a different accident at the Fidiwo/Ajebo end of the Lagos-Ibadan Expressway.
PUNCH Metro accumulated that the mishap included a completely stacked business transport, a fuel tanker and a Dangote.
It was learnt that the tanker, which was making a trip to Ibadan, Oyo State, had endeavored to overwhelm the Dangote, when it had a head-on crash with the business transport.
The transport, with number plate AGL 373 XR, was said to go to Lagos State.
It was accumulated that one and only traveler in the transport survived while the others passed on the spot.
The mishap was said to have happened at an area of the street where there was a redirection of activity because of progressing development takes a shot at the street.

The Public Relations Officer of TRACE, Babatunde Akinbiyi, rebuked the tanker driver for the mischance, saying he was restless.
He said, "The tanker, with number plate, RAN 571 XA, was flying out to Ibadan. While attempting to surpass a Dangote, it had a head-on impact with the Lagos-bound business transport, slaughtering the transport travelers and the driver.
"The Dangote, with number plate AJG 40 XA, which was stacked with sacks of concrete, was additionally required in the accident. Nineteen individuals kicked the bucket in the mischance."
He included that continuous development works along the turnpike required a street preoccupation at the point where the accident happened.
He said the petroleum item being passed on to Ibadan by the tanker was later moved into another tanker.
The Sector Commander, Ogun State FRSC, Adetunji Adegoke, said the remaining parts of the perished had been kept at FOS Mortuary, Ipara Remo, Ogun State.
He said, "The mishap happened around 8.15am on Sunday and it included three vehicles, which we have cleared from the street. Fifteen individuals were murdered six females and nine guys. The mishap was brought about by wrongful surpassing. The main survivor in the mishap was taken to the Ogun State University Teaching Hospital, Sagamu, while the dead were taken to FOS funeral home.
"Drivers are encouraged to stay away from wrongful surpassing, the utilization of terminated tires and foolhardy speeding."
