A Federal High Court in Yenagoa on Wednesday banned columnists and guardians of Ese Oruru, from seeing her confirmation in court.
Ese Oruru, 14, was professedly snatched by Yunusa Dahiru, confronting a five - tally charge of criminal kidnapping, illegal s*x, sexual misuse and unlawful coitus with of a minor.
The Prosecuting Counsel, James Amate, had told the court that Ese Oruru had been conveyed off a child young lady on May 26, and was accessible to give proof.
She was brought into the court at 3 p.m.
The judge, Justice Aliya Nganjiwa, took her confirmation in camera after all cases for the day were abstained from.
Nganjiwa requested everyone, including Ese's guardian and writer to out of the court.
