University Of Ibadan Graduates 5,598 Students, As 117 Came Out With First Class Result

The 2016 convocation ceremony of the University of Ibadan which took place on Monday, 14th November 2016 , a total of 5,598 students graduated with a first class degree.

The Vice Chancellor, Professor Idowu Olayinka, said the graduates made First Class Honors, 1,407 graduands turned out with Second Class Honors (Upper Division) while 3,020 made Second Class Honors (Lower Division). 666 made Third Class Honors and 74 others had Passes with 314 in the Unclassified Degree classification.
