Chibok Schoolgirls Visit White House (SEE PHOTO)



In a week that could almost be termed “Nigeria week at the White House,” two Chibok schoolgirls who escaped from their captors were at the home of the United States President for a tour of the White House Christmas decorations.

The young ladies are as of now on a grant in the U.S., supported by Education Must Continue Initiative (EMCI).

The Chibok schoolgirls visit a weekend ago was gone before by that of unmistakable up and coming New York Times top of the line creator and blogger Luvvie Ajayi simply the day preceding.

This is the fourth in a progression of White House visits for the Chibok young ladies in US encouraged by US Congresswoman Frederica Wilson of Florida in conjunction with Education Must Continue Initiative. Over about six Chibok young ladies had gone to the White House in Easter 2015 and 2016 however this the primary Christmas visit.

A Nigerian American schoolgirl was among the band of vocalists for the White House Christmas tree ditties. 6th grader, Gracina Ogebe who is a piece of the US have group of the Chibok young ladies was independently welcomed with her school to perform days before her supportive sisters were to visit the White House. It was surely a week for Nigerians at the White House from the East, South and the North.

One of the Chibok young ladies, a secondary school senior said after the visit "It was great! The house looks stunning. They've finished the entire house furthermore, there are diverse choir bunches performing."

The two Chibok young ladies are the top scholastic entertainers of their set in the US.
