Chelsea midfielder, Pedro believes Antonio Conte’s revival of the blues is down to the Italian imbibing trust in the squad.
Chelsea's defender of the epl title was vain, as they completed tenth, with the previous Juventus supervisor contracted as trade for Mourinho.
Also, Conte has finished the turnaround, with Chelsea sitting six focuses clear at the highest point of the table.
"In my profession, I have worked with better than average chiefs, similar to Pep Guardiola and Vicente del Bosque," he told the Daily Telegraph.
"Yet, one thing that has truly astonished me about Antonio is the manner by which he figured out how to pivot the group so rapidly.
"He put trust and confidence in the majority of the players and afterward we began winning matches. Easily, he simply turned things around. He put the trust, the faith in each one of us that we could win coordinates, that we could win the class.
"It's much the same as everything turned truly rapidly. We began to go truly well, our trust began developing and everything turned out to be truly positive. We have a great deal of trust and that truly makes a difference.
"One of the key things is the trust we have with everyone. Everyone believes each other and it implies we work truly well together as a group.
"When we get a possibility we take it and that makes the group feel more casual and play with more certainty."
