Crystal Palace manager Sam Allardyce says the club have reached an agreement with Arsenal for right-back Carl Jenkinson.
Jenkinson has burned through two past advance spells at West Ham, and now seems to make a beeline for south London for the rest of the battle on credit
He affirmed an arrangement has been concurred between the two clubs and it is currently quite recently Jenkinson's own terms that should be settled.
Allardyce stated: "I believe that is transaction between the executive and the player's operator.
"While we seem to have a concurrence with Arsenal, that concurrence with the player hasn't achieved a conclusion, so that is remaining in a critical state."
A week ago, Arsene Wenger affirmed Jenkinson was set to leave the club.
"It is a probability he will move, yes," Wenger said.
