President Obama Snubs Trump, Frees Guantanamo Detainees




The United States of America has transferred four inmates of the Guantanamo Bay detention facility to the Government of Saudi Arabia.

President Barack Obama's activity is against the consultative of President-elect Donald Trump.

Transferred,according to the Department of Defense, are Salem Ahmad Hadi Bin Kanad, Muhammed Rajab Sadiq Abu Ghanim, Abdallah Yahya Yusif Al-Shibli and Muhammad Ali Abdallah Muhammad Bwazir.

The office said that taking after Obama's Jan. 22, 2009 official request, the interagency Guantanamo Review Task Force led a far reaching survey of these cases "which inspected various components, including security issues.

"Al-Shibli and Bwazir were collectively endorsed for exchange by the six divisions and organizations involving the team.

"Intermittent Review Boards comprising of delegates from the Departments of Defense, Homeland Security, Justice, and State; the Joint Chiefs of Staff, and the Office of the Director of National Intelligence decided proceeded with law of war detainment of Kanad and Ghanim does not stay important to ensure against a proceeding with critical risk to the security of the United States.

"Accordingly of those audits, which analyzed various variables, including security issues, Kanad and Ghanim were suggested for exchange by agreement of the six offices and offices containing the Periodic Review Board."

The Department said the Periodic Review Board process was built up by the president's March 7, 2011 Executive Order 13567.

It included that the last date of Periodic Review Board last assurance for Salem Ahmad Hadi Bin Kanad was May 5, 2016, while that of Muhammed Rajab Sadiq Abu Ghanim was July 6, 2016.

"The United States is thankful to the legislature of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia for its philanthropic motion and ability to bolster continuous U.S. endeavors to close the Guantanamo Bay confinement office.

"The United States facilitated with the administration of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia to guarantee these exchanges occurred reliable with proper security and accommodating treatment measures.

"Today, 55 prisoners stay at Guantanamo Bay," the Department said.
