Wow!! See How Much Plymouth Are Set To Earn After They Drew 1-1 With Liverpool In The FA CUP

Plymouth’s third-round replay with Liverpool will help Argyle earn more than £1m from the FA Cup, said the League Two club’s chairman James Brent.

The Pilgrims put on a stubborn cautious show against a tremendously changed Liverpool side to draw 0-0 at Anfield and set up a replay at Home Park.

Argyle have as of now had two broadcast ties, with a third likely, and in addition their share of Sunday's 52,692 door.

"It's roughly 20% of our turnover," Brent told the BBC.

Argyle went into organization in March 2011 and barely kept away from transfer from the Football League in 2012.

Plymouth is the biggest city in England never to have had a top-flight side, and with a huge gathering of supporters Brent trusts tickets for the replay will be sought after.

He included: "We took 35,000 to Wembley [for last season's League Two play-off final] and we just have around 16,000 tickets to offer.

"I for one believe it's an extraordinary rivalry. It gives you the capacity to set your group against groups at a more elevated amount and it gives you the capacity to advertise your image all the more broadly.

"The Liverpool-Plymouth match was broadcast in the United States, China, India – it's an extraordinary open door for a club of our size to advance itself around the globe."
