Bolivia star Jhasmani Campos was left incensed by Lionel Messi's Argentina cameo on Tuesday, and blamed the Barcelona genius for affronting his country in the Copa America conflict.
Objectives from Erik Lamela, Ezequiel Lavezzi and Victor Cuesta had given Argentina an unassailable lead at half time, with the second term prominent just for the passage of Messi as he proceeds with his arrival from damage.
The No. 10 shrieked a free-kick past the post and played out a nervy nutmeg on goalkeeper Carlos Lampe amid his 45 minutes on the pitch; however Campos, who had a strained conflict with Messi on the field, was not awed.
"He made advances on ridicule us," the Bolivian player guaranteed to score after the match.
"A player of his ability ought not do what he did. He completed some superfluous moves to ridicule my fellow team members and that is not on."
Talking about his showdown, Campos wanted to leave information disclosed on the field of play.
"It happened all so quick. I handled him, and he got up to stand up to me. At that point he said something I didn't care for," he reviewed.
"I won't rehash it, it was appalling. I'd rather hush up about it.
"I was complimented in the changing area a while later, it is an issue of self images. No one jumps at the chance to be dealt with severely.
"Be that as it may, it's over, he is the best player on the planet and Argentina are an incredible group, and I trust they do truly well."
