Taraba Teachers Begin Indefinite Strike Over Non Payment Of Salaries

Educators in Taraba State will tomorrow start an inconclusive strike over unpaid compensations for as long as three months.

The Taraba State wing of the Nigeria Union of Teachers (NUT) has requested that its individuals quit going to classes pending when the state Government will move to their tune.

The union said the strike activity may last until when the state government indicates "true responsibilities" to clearing the excess of wages.
