The Headies Secretariat today announced DMW artiste, Mayorkun as Winner of the 2016 Rookie of the Year Category of the Headies 2016….
The current year's version has Dice Ailes Dremo Mayorkun Terry Apala and Mzkiss as candidates.
After sections of votes from the general population, Mayorkun amassed the most astounding number of votes, trailed by his Label mate, Dremo as first runner-up and Chocolate City act, Dice Ailes coming third.
As indicated by the coordinators champ of this class was not declared at the honors in light of the fact that the candidates were late for their opening exhibitions and we needed to move quickly to other planned projects.
We say a major congratulations to Mayorkun it has without a doubt been an awesome year for him and the whole DMW family
