Kaduna State Governor, Nasir El-Rufai, on Friday declared the state’s commitment to smooth flight operations at the Kaduna International Airport, following proposed diversion of flights to the airport from Nnamdi Azikiwe International Airport, Abuja.
The priest was in the state to get to the status of the air terminal to get flood of flight activity when the Abuja airplane terminal is in the long run shutdown.
The senator focused on that the state has placed apparatus in movement for smooth flight operations at the airplane terminal.
He said, "We are pleased for the decision of Kaduna International Airport by the Federal Government to redirect movement from Nnamdi Azikiwe International Airport subsequently of the proposed repairs of its runway, to Kaduna airplane terminal.
We have put in movement procedures and exercises towards settling on government choice a win.
"I need to guarantee all Nigerians and the global group, especially partners in the avionics business that Kaduna State will ascend to the event."
