The footballer marked an arrangement with Coventry City until the finish of the season.
Russell Slade, the club's mentor who was content with the arrangement, told the club's site "We're satisfied to have secured the marking of Yakubu, who brings immeasurable experience and a stupendous objective record,"
"His expert vocation justifies itself with real evidence, having scored reliably at the largest amount of English football, and will go about as a sublime good example for the more youthful players.
"He is clever on the ball, has clear quality and nearness, and we'll keep on working on his match wellness as we get ready for the last 16 recreations of this season."
It is normal that Yakubu, who has scored more than 130 objectives amid his time in England, while playing in the Premier League for Blackburn Rovers, Portsmouth, Middlesbrough and Everton, will help push Coventry from the base of the association 1 table.
